Introduction
The journey of the physical education department has been remarkable since its inception. It focuses not only on the mental growth but also endorses the physical strength of students from all the departments and engage them in different co-curricular activities.It's motive is not only to give education but to enhance the mental capacity of students via physical exercise which is a mandatory part of it.
As it is obvious that the sound body has a sound mind so the motive of the department is to infuse strength within girls which will enhance their mental capabilities and make them mentally and physically strong.
