Background and objectives

Department of Arabic Language and Literature was established in 1985 in BZU.

Since it’s emergence department is offering services at different levels.

The goals of learning Arabic are master the Arabic Alphabet and proficiently read fully vocalised Arabic texts write basic sentences and short essays in Arabic. Identify,produce and struct Arabic grammatical structures. Acquire and develop Arabic vocabulary. The knowledge of Arabic language not only enlighten the understanding of Islam and the message of Holy Quran it will also broaden the employment and business opportunities for the citizens of Pakistan. So,it is necessary to learn at each level.
